How does Hostels Central work?

Hostels Central is part of the Hostels Club booking network. Our purpose is to provide you hostellers and backpackers with information about hostels, travelling advice and the possibility of booking a bed in the destination of your choice.

We provide online bookings for selected structures located in the most interesting locations all over the world. Your booking is guaranteed, and you only need to pay in advance 10% of the total price of your booking, plus a small booking fee of 2€ that covers administrative costs.

To book, you must have a valid credit card: we currently accept Master Card and Visa. The payment is carried out through a secure encrypted connection, so no one can intercept you personal data and credit card number.

When you choose a country, a city and a date from the search interface in the middle of the page, you will be taken to hostelsclub’s reservation system server and be shown all of the structures in the city of your choice that have room available for the dates of your holiday.

We select choice hostels and hotels, and verify our customer satisfaction in order to be sure that every person who books with us is satsified with her/his stay. If we receive complaints about a structure we provide bookings for, we make adequate inquiries and eventually remove it from our booking network.

You will have the possibility of cancelling your booking if you have to, but remember that hostels owners have the right to charge you for one night accommodation per person if you cancel your booking with too little advance warning. In any case, your 10% advance cannot be refunded.
